SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Products are available exclusively online through this website and may have limited quantities. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile display of any color will be accurate, and minor variations in color, finish and measurement may occur. Product dimensions listed are approximate.

Decorative and seasonal products are intended for the decorative use described on the product page and must be used in accordance with any instructions included with the product. Products containing batteries or lighting elements should be kept away from open flame, should not be submerged in water unless expressly rated for outdoor or wet use, and should be kept out of reach of small children and pets.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS, ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we do not accept an order until payment has been authorized and the order has been confirmed by us in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, errors in your order, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including a valid shipping address, email address and telephone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Orders that cannot be processed because of incomplete or inaccurate information may be cancelled.

SECTION 5 - PRICES, PAYMENT AND CHARGEBACKS
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any duties or import taxes that may apply in your country. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

By submitting an order you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you authorize us to charge that payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and any applicable taxes. All payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full payment card details.

If you believe a charge from us is incorrect or unauthorized, please contact us at support@corvande.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will investigate and respond to any billing enquiry within five (5) business days and will issue a refund where a refund is due under these Terms or our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback for an order that has been delivered, or for reasons covered by our Refund Policy, without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit order records, delivery confirmation and correspondence to the payment provider in response to any dispute, and to refuse future orders from any customer who files a fraudulent or abusive chargeback.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Processing, transit times, shipping rates, the free shipping threshold and our handling of delays, lost parcels and incorrect addresses are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where our Shipping Policy provides otherwise.

Some products are dispatched from our fulfilment partners located outside your country of residence. The customer of record is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees that may be levied by the destination country.

SECTION 7 - RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an order, return a product and receive a refund or replacement, the return window, the condition in which items must be returned, who pays return shipping, and how long refunds take to appear, are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, videos, page layouts and software, is the property of Corvande or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions or other materials to us, whether online, by email, by postal mail or otherwise ("comments"), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us, without compensation to you. You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, will not contain any libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, and will not contain any computer virus or other malware. Corvande is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Corvande. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Corvande, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Corvande.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and describes what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product purchased from us shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
