Twist the knurled collar to open the six jaws, push SixJaw over the nut, then twist back until all six jaws clamp the flats. Turn it with your ratchet or drill.

Hex nuts and bolt heads from 10 to 19 mm, which is 3/8" to 3/4" in SAE. It also grips wing nuts, square nuts and eye bolts in that range.

SixJaw is 37 mm wide, so it needs some room around the fastener. It is not rated for impact wrenches, wheel lug nuts or seized, high-torque bolts. Keep your full socket set for those jobs.
